This privacy policy describes how Whibot ("the Bot", "we") collects, uses, and protects the information of users ("you") and the Discord servers on which it operates. By inviting the Bot to your server or using our Dashboard, you agree to the practices described in this document.

1. Information Collected

To function properly, the Bot and its Dashboard (website) need to collect and store certain data via the official Discord API:

• Discord Identifiers: The IDs of users, servers (Guilds), channels, and roles to apply configurations (e.g., Reaction-Roles, Tickets).
• Public Profile Data: Username and avatar (used primarily for generating welcome images and logging into the Dashboard).
• Message Content (Temporary): For the Auto-Moderation module to function correctly (word filter, anti-spam, links), the Bot reads the content of sent messages. These messages are neither saved nor stored in our database once the analysis is complete, unless an infraction log is generated.
• Server Configurations: The preferences set by administrators via the Dashboard (welcome messages, embed colors, selected channels, etc.).

2. Data Usage

The collected data is used exclusively to provide the Bot's features:

• Apply auto-moderation sanctions.
• Manage ticket systems and reaction roles.
• Generate presence and usage statistics (anonymized).
• Ensure secure and personalized access to the Dashboard via Discord authentication (OAuth2).

3. Storage and Security

Data is stored securely in our database. We implement security measures to prevent unauthorized access, modification, or destruction of this data.

• Retention Period: Data related to a server (configurations) is kept as long as the Bot is present on that server.

4. Data Sharing

We are firmly committed to protecting your privacy. Your data will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or advertisers. It is strictly confined to the technical operation of the Bot.

5. Data Deletion (Right to be Forgotten)

In accordance with Discord's guidelines and data protection laws (GDPR):

• If the Bot is removed from a server: Its associated server configurations may be deleted from our database.
• Manual Request: Any user or server owner can request the immediate deletion of their data by contacting the developer.
